Ana has a long history as an educator in Los Angeles in both public schools and charter schools. We invited Ana to the podcast because we want our listeners who may be thinking of a career in education to learn about her journey and the way she took her role to the next level during the pandemic.  

Ana has accomplished so much in the field of education quickly rising to the ranks as a successful teacher, dean (at only 24 years old), assistant principal, principal, chief of staff, and now a chief academic officer. She's an academic CEO and her words will have you feeling all the feels full of wisdom, inspiration, and so much love.

She is proud of her work increasing equity and inclusion, especially in the nonprofit field.

In 2020, Paulette created Lead Media, LLC to assist the Latinx community. In this episode, hear her story of building joy in everyday life and connect with her on such a down-to-earth level as you learn about her motherhood journey advocating for a child with special needs.
