Paulette is a proud Puertorriqueña - a trailblazer who has dedicated her career to run and develop programs and businesses with a social impact focus. After surviving her fight with COVID-19, Paulette decided to dedicate her life to helping Latinas flourish in business. She is proud of her work increasing equity and inclusion, especially in the nonprofit field.
